Christmas Letter 2024
This year has been everything I could have hoped for and more. Libelula has celebrated some of its most exciting launches to date, and I feel so proud looking back at all we've achieved. In this special Christmas edition of Libelula's newsletter, we'll revisit the year's highlights — reflecting on the fabulous events hosted, the collections launched, and the incredible people I've had the pleasure of meeting.
Private Dinner at Casa Cucinelli
At the start of 2024, Brunello Cucinelli warmly hosted an exclusive dinner celebrating Libelula Jewellery. The intimate gathering was at Casa Cucinelli, a stunning apartment in one of Paris' most prestigious locations. Rich with history, this elegant venue is famously known as the place where Napoleon proposed to Josephine. Brunello Cucinelli is a family business that embodies traditions, known for its exceptional quality and timeless garments made from sustainable materials. This shared passion to craftmanship is a part of the reason why I wanted to host an event with them, as Libelula too is a family business creating handmade treasures. This was a milestone in my career.
Trip to Marrakesh
In February, I embarked on a special mother-daughter trip to Marrakesh. The city, with its vibrant energy and rich culture, proved to be a true source of inspiration. There, I discovered a treasure trove of exquisite gemstones, sparking the creation of Libelula's newest collection: Moroccan Memories.
Libelula Jewellery x Gallello Atelier
Libelula Jewellery had the pleasure of hosting a memorable event in London at De Gournay in Chelsea, together with Gallello Atelier renowned for their bespoke clothing. We were joined by the inspiring Kelly Rutherford. De Gournay's exquisite handmade wallpapers provided the perfect sorroundings for the occasion, celebrating craftsmanship, luxury, and sustainability — values shared by all involved.
It was a dream come true to showcase Libelula's creations in such a beautiful setting, surrounded by inspiring and fabulous women.
Launching the
Mediterranean Stories Collection
At the beginning of summer, we unveiled the Mediterranean Stories collection, inspired by the places I hold dear in the Mediterranean. As Libelula continues to grow and evolve, this collection reflects our journey and love for timeless beauty and craftsmanship.
Launching the Kelly Necklace
Libelula launched the Kelly Necklace at an event hosted in collaboration with Eurowomanmagazine. Kelly Rutherford herself attended the intimate dinner in Copenhagen, making the evening truly inspiring and memorable, surrounded by wonderful guests. Kelly and I have become good friends, and she continues to inspire me with her grace, kindness, and impeccable style.
Launching Morrocan Memories
Moroccan Memories is a collection of stunning cocktail rings, each handcrafted with exquisite precious stones and diamonds. Designed with versatility in mind, these rings effortlessly transition from statement pieces to everyday elegance, embodying the beauty and craftsmanship of Libelula Jewellery.
