Madrid Guide

Madrid holds a special place in my heart. I often visit to see my two children, Ulrikke and Nicolai, who study there, as well as to collaborate with the talented artisans I work closely with. Each visit draws me in with the city’s vibrant energy and rich culture, and I find myself falling in love with it all over again.

From charming streets to lively markets, the city offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity. With that in mind, we’ve crafted this Madrid guide, showcasing our favorite spots to eat, drink, and relax. This guide is designed to help you explore the best of what this enchanting city has to offer!

ULTRAMARINOS QUITIN
An evolution of the traditional grocery store for those who appreciate good food in the best company.

Vibrant, cosmopolitan and fun mediterranean food. Please get the truffle risotto, it is out of this world!

Serving only two things; a delicate green salad, the illustrious Entrecote cut of steak, homemade French Fries and their butter sauce, whose recipe is kept secret and specially flown in exclusively from Geneva.

TOTO E POPPINO
Italian hidden gem serving the most authentic and delicious pizzas as well as a variety of fish pasta and ristottos for guests to have an italian experience without leaving Madrid.
