Paris is always a dream. With it´s unparalleled fashion, stunning architecture, and world-class food, it’s a city that never stops inspiring me. From my collaboration with the prestigious Hotel de Crillon, where Libelula Jewellery is proudly displayed, to discovering new favorite spots, every visit feels truly special.
This time, I explored the fantastic Le Dali at Le Meurice Hotel, a restaurant that perfectly captures the essence of Parisian elegance.
Hotel De Crillon
Paris is a city that embodies creativity and sophistication, making it the perfect place for Libelula Jewellery to be showcased. Since 2019, our pieces have been displayed at one of the city’s most prestigious hotels—Hotel de Crillon. Rings from the exclusive Libelula x Crillon collection are named after the iconic Bar Les Ambassadeurs, while jewellery favourites like the Rikke Necklace, the Paris Bracelet, and the Aquamarine Ring are available for guests to admire and purchase.
I feel incredibly fortunate to collaborate with such an esteemed hotel, one that so beautifully reflects the elegance and craftsmanship that are at the heart of Libelula. Their curated in-house shop is a treasure trove, offering everything from exquisite jewellery and Bully candle lights to luxurious cashmere sets—all of the very best quality.
Lunch at LouLou
When I’m in Paris, my days are filled with work, inspiration and indulgence. Lunch at LouLou is always a must—it’s a true favourite of mine. The food is exceptional, and the vibe is just that perfect Parisian mix of chic and relaxed.
Dinner at le dali
I had the pleasure of visiting Le Dali, the iconic restaurant at Le Meurice Hotel, and it completely lived up to its reputation. Walking into Le Dali feels like stepping into a dream. The interiors, designed by Philippe Starck, are nothing short of breathtaking. A hand-painted canvas ceiling designed by Ara Starck hovers above the room, giving it an elegant atmosphere. The blend of surrealist art and refined Parisian style sets the perfect stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
The service at Le Dali was impeccable, as you would expect from a restaurant in one of Paris’ most luxurious hotels. Every detail is attended to with care from the moment you arrive, making the experience feel effortless yet extraordinary.
The menu celebrates French culinary tradition but with a creative twist. Every dish is crafted with precision and beautifully presented.
I started with the Gilt-head bream carpaccio, delicately flavoured and impeccably fresh. For the main course, I opted for the Artichoke risotto, which was creamy and perfectly balanced with parmesan and rocket leaves.
I always finish with dessert, and Le Dali truly delivered. Their hazelnut ice cream was silky, rich, and perfectly nutty—a flawless conclusion to an unforgettable dining experience.
